The incumbent will be responsible for creating excellent guest experience via all guest areas at ticketing & enquiry counter, admission gate and cabana area:
－To handle guest comments and requests appropriately according to the standard operations procedure.
－Assist to executive inventory/stock take activities in order to ensure efficient stock remains on hand at all times.
－Maintain a professional self-image of the highest standards within the Park and complete any additional tasks required by the superiors.

－Responsible, pleasant, customer-oriented
－High adaptable to change and fast pace operations
－Good Computer literacy in MS Office
