·Provide professional concierge & customer services to clients via phone calls or email
·Handle customer inquiries globally and fulfill customer requests in areas including dining reservations, travel planning, shopping services, entertainment, sports, recreation & special events
·Manage communication with customers in a friendly, professional & courteous manner
·Resolve customer complaints, establish relationships with customers, learning their preferences

·Strong business sense with good customer service and problem solving skills
·Knowledge of air-ticket booking system is preferred but not a must
·Effective communication in written & verbal English & Chinese
·Outgoing with good interpersonal and communication skill
·Able to effectively and efficiently man the system in use
·Keen interest in lifestyle living & enjoy helping people
·Customer-oriented, good telephone manner & problem solving skill
· Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
