－透過及時的服務、優質的飲品和產品，以及保持乾淨舒適的店面環境，為客人提供不一樣的客戶體驗。
－透過以客戶至上的態度行事並與客人建立聯繫，留意客人所需，並為他們提供獨特的客戶體驗。
－遵守所有飲品及食品製作標準，為客人提供優質產品。
－遵守星巴克的運營政策和程序，如現金處理和安全保障，遵守健康、安全和衛生準則，並確保每個班次期間所有分店夥伴(員工)的安全。
－保持整潔有序的工作空間，以便夥伴(員工)可以根據需要定位資源和產品。
－將信息傳達給分店經理，為創建第三空間的環境而在每個班次期間根據不同需要做出調配。
－保持定期和準時出勤。
－Promote the culture, values and mission of Starbucks.
－Providing legendary customer service to customers through prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.
－Deliver legendary customer service to customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer, discover and respond to customer needs.
－Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
－Follow Starbucks operational policies and procedures, like cash handling and safety and security, follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines, and to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift.
－Maintain a clean and organized workspace so that partners can locate resources and product as needed.
－Communicate information to store manager so as to respond as necessary to create the Third Place environment during each shift.
－Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
