1. Certificate or above in Hotel and Catering or related disciplines
2. 2-3 years of restaurant operations experience
3. Outgoing, service-oriented with good communication skill
4. Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
5. Less experience will be considered as Assistant Captain

1. 持有酒店與餐飲(或相關行業)課程證書或以上學歷
2. 具有2-3年酒店營運的工作經驗
3. 外向、服務至上、性格開朗及具有良好的溝通技巧
4. 具有良好的中文、英文及普通話溝通能力
5. 經驗較少的申請者會考慮獲聘為助理部長
