Provide customer service tasks in shopping mall
Provide IPAD user training to customers
Receive incoming call & case handling
Provide service to customers, contact assistance providers, reporting actions in the system applications

Mon to Sun: 10am - 7pm, 9 hours per day, 5 days per week
Pleasant, stable, independent and have strong sense of responsibility and urgency
Good computer knowledge in MS Office especially in Excel
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
Fresh graduates will also be considered
