Job Duties *

Provide helpdesk support to users and troubleshoot issues on all IT aspects including hardware, software and system network;
Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software support and maintenance;
Provide first line technical support for IT issues or ad-hoc IT-related tasks;
To perform inventory control of IT facilities, and IT relevant system documentation;
Participate in IT project coordination and system implementation

Skills

Knowledge in Hotel System & F&B System will be an advantage;
Good knowledge in Microsoft Windows Platform, Microsoft 365 Office, Network Infrastructure, Virtual Machine and Online Backup Solution;
Familiar with PC software and hardware knowledge support
