-Diploma or above with at least 2 years’ customer service experience
-Holder of Security Personnel Permit (SPP)
-With Security Training Course Certificate (QAS)
-Customer service oriented, helpful, independent and with strong initiative
-Fluency in spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) is essential
-Willing to work on shift
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Customer Service Officer
