• Provide quality services and maintain a positive experience with customers by personalized interactions independently from different channels such as phone, live chat and email in a professional manner
• Understand the needs of customers and recommend innovative, resourceful solutions and service to difference types of requests
• Able to consult and advise customers on travel needs and provide accurate and timely information
• Stay up-to-date with program benefits and privileges to better fulfill customer requests
• Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
• Other ad-hoc projects as assigned

9.5 hours per day, 5-day per week, shift duty
• Holder of Certificate or Diploma, equivalent or above
• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Experience in the customer service or hospitality role is an advantage
• Omni channel work experience is preferred – phone, email and chat
• Firsthand city knowledge of local events and ability to spot trends nationwide
• Experience working directly with international contacts for the fulfillment of reservations
• Proven experience working with affluent customers
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Available to work on shifts including weekends and public holidays
• Fresh Graduate is welcome
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
