1. Social Services Industry Overview (Introduction, policy, general operation mode & daily operation of social services)
2. Introduction to Values, Ethics and Anti-discrimination Ordinances
3. Interpersonal Relationship (communication & interpersonal skills with different target groups, team work)
4. Community Networking (understanding of a community & profile, techniques of community network organizing)
5. Programme Planning and Arrangement (activity leading techniques, skills of proposal & report writing)
- Completion of Form 5 and with at least 1 year’s relevant working experience in the social services industry, or
- Completion of Form 3 and with at least 2 years’ relevant working experience in the social services industry;
- Pass the entry written test on English literacy and computer skills.
- Course fee: $5,250 (Monthly income of $22,001 or above)
- Course fee: $1,575 (Monthly income between $14,001 and $22,000)
- Course fee: Waived (Unemployed/monthly income of $14,000 or below)
