- Education attainment of sub-degree or below; and eligible employees of HKSAR; and
- Form Three or above, or Primary Six with at least two years' work experience; and
- Possess basic written and spoken English proficiency; and
- Pass the English entry test for applicants who have not completed Form one; and
- Interest in Hotel room services or related work; and
- Demonstrate inclination for employment at the admission interview
